About Me

I am a craft addict, I started off doing Cross Stitch which I did for quite a few years. Then when my youngest daughter was planning her wedding in 2011 she asked me to make papery bits for it. Having no idea where to start I turned to my sister who makes wonderful cards and she got us sorted out with what to order and then came up for weekend to help get us started.

So my first foray into paper crafting was making Orders of service, Menu Cards and Place Settings for the wedding. On top of this she wanted a Wedding Bouquet made of brooches, so I gave myself a crash course in designing and making her bouquet.

That taste of paper crafting got me completely hooked, I next made them a wedding scrapbook, which included both behind the scenes pictures, choosing wedding dresses etc. alongside official photo's.



Now I am lucky enough to have my own craft room courtesy of my wonderful husband and cupboards crammed with crafting goodies.

I love crafting and find myself planning new crafts to learn, I knitted a couple of scarfs just to prove to myself I could knit and have now started to make my own felt jewellery to use as card embellishments.

There are so many crafts I want to learn and so little time.
